My good friend and knower Glenn made my entire week recently when he sent this link. It appears Goldfrapp has a new album coming. A synth-poppy, cheesetacular tribute to the 80’s album coming to be precise. Considering their talent for constantly reinventing themselves (Felt Mountain vs Black Cherry for instance), this is bound to be good.
The first single, “Rocket”, hints at what’s to come.
Neon leg warmers, Hypercolor shirts and jelly bracelets, ahoy.
“Head First” is almost here.
